I’m a Sydney-based Brit with nearly 20 years of global HR experience (eeek!) and a no-BS, human approach. I balance people, culture, and commercial outcomes to help businesses and their people thrive.

I work with leading organisations across Australia who are doing something standout - helping them to build great workplaces where people feel connected, supported, and set up for success.

Whether it’s people & culture strategy, projects, or hands-on HR, I focus on creating meaningful impact through people - aligning culture, leadership, and strategy whilst mitigating risk to workplaces. 

My ‘why’ is simple: life’s too short not to feel good about where we work. 

My goal is for people to feel seen, supported, and empowered in their workplaces, and for leaders to have the clarity, tools and confidence to lead with impact whilst supporting and advising from an employment legislation and HR Compliance view too, you are in good hands when you work with me. 

I know from experience, when businesses invest in their people, they don’t just retain talent,  they outperform. 

That’s what drives me: transforming HR from a compliance function into a strategic driver of experience, engagement, positively impacting productivity and culture and bottomline.
