I’m Zoe, your People & Culture Consultant - I love to create great places to work. When you partner with me, you get a strategy and hands on approach in one.
I come with over 15 years’ plus experience (eeeeek, I still feel 21) helping businesses from the UK to Sydney, across Australia and globally to create great places to work.
My career has always centred around
people. I started out in the creative world of design, ran hospitality venues in my early years, and always found myself leading, training and developing people with efficiency and process at forefront of mind, always. Eventually stepped into the corporate space — working in private equity, HR consulting, training, development to the recruitment industry across the UK from Portsmouth (my home town) to Liverpool.
Creating winning teams is what I do best.
A Sydney based Brit, Australia has been home for 10 years now. During my career I’ve partnered with successful, high growth businesses across a range of industries and sectors, including private equity and investment, finance, recruitment, sales, tech, construction, engineering, marine, education, not-for-profit, local government and public sector organisations.
I’ve worked as a senior HR leader inside businesses and as a consultant from the outside in. No matter the setup, I’m known for getting to the heart of how a people function really operates.
Whether your company is 15 - aiming for 50, 150, 500 or 1000 plus, I’m quick to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where the risks or opportunities lie — then I roll up my sleeves and help make it better.
